The Port of Kirsten harbors the Novarian Royal Fleet. Many of the citizens of Kirsten are engaged in some aspect of the ship building process and there are many sailors who make their homes here. From this haven, the Royal Fleet is able to patrol Novarian waters and protect Novarian trade interests across the sea. It is also a hub for disreputable activities from piracy to slave trade.
