As a deity of death, Arawn is confident that all men shall one day enter his kingdom.  His clerics are often cruel, collecting exorbitant fees to postpone the journey to the world beyond.

Dogma

The tenets of Arawn’s faith are centered on the fact that he is the king of the dead.  Those who live lives of evil shall find themselves serving in Arawn’s armies.  Arawn’s followers are expected to accept death and come willingly into Arawn’s kingdom.  Arawn rules the dead and only he determines who is to be released and whom he shall keep.

Clergy

Clerics of Arawn are slow to speak and show very little emotion.  They wear robes of black with red and silver.  They officiate at burials, opening the pathway between this world and the next.  Clerics of Arawn often hunt down individuals resurrected from Arawn’s kingdom against his wishes.  Arawn’s clerics remain vigilant against grave robbers and broke no mercy against those who violate the grave.

Druids who have chosen Arawn as their patron deity appear to be shrouded in death.  Their sanctuaries are gloomy places and they prefer the company of nocturnal creatures.  Arawn’s druid’s sanctuaries are usually found in haunted forests and are teeming with undead animals and creatures.

Monks devoted to Arawn meditate on the nature of death and what it is to be dead.  Their monasteries are dismal locations with little, if any, light.  Their combat styles focus on killing quickly and silently.
